S42870 is a wonderful 4* property with a pretty little patio garden to the rear, within easy driving distance of St Merryn village and nearby seven bays.
This delightful property is situated in the ideal spot for that relaxing holiday, tucked away in a quiet location but within easy driving distance of the centre of St Merryn Village and the bustling fishing port of Padstow, where there is always plenty of choice regarding places to eat, drink and shop! Nearby you will find several sandy surfing beaches allowing easy access to coastal walks where you will discover hidden coves and stunning scenery. You may even be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins who make regular appearances along our coast. Facilities on St Merryn Park include sports bar, bar serving food, shop and tennis courts (seasonal opening times may apply to all facilities).
Lounge/Kitchen/Diner: Built in electric oven and hob, microwave, slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD player, DAB radio with docking station, Xbox.
Bathroom: Bath (electric power shower over), basin, w.c.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds (3') slim wardrobe, underbed storage.
Bedroom 1: Double bed (4'6"), chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside units, TV, hair dryer.
garden & parking: Drive with parking for 2 cars. Small secluded enclosed garden to rear and side with patio and gravelled areas, garden furniture, barbecue.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am.
Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per pet per week, additional pet by arrangement Information about bringing your pet.
Power and Heat: Electricity included in rent; night storage heater and electric heater reception area, panel heaters bedrooms, heated towel rail bathroom; hot water megaflow cylinder.
