Two fridges in the property, which was very useful. The shower head fixing needs replacing.

The bed I used sloped from one side to the other and wasn't very comfortable. Getting enough hot water for a shower was possible, but a bath was out of the question.

Chalet was a bit outdated but we kind of expected that. Originally it was me, my wife and child. But we were told we could take guest's if we wanted to. Received numerous emails from yourselves to confirm. Arrived at site with guest's who had a dog. We were then told that the dog was not allowed on the site and that it had to go. Owner/Manager who was a female told us to take the dog to the local kennel baring in mind it was 1945 on a Friday evening. Luckily we had family staying at another site not far away who took the dog for us. At no point in any of your confirmation emails did it say no dogs allowed. A couple days later the same woman asked my friend in the car park why he looked so upset and he replied that he was still upset about his dog. At this point she said well you should of booked a site that allows for animals and that it wasn't her problem. I then reminded her that it wasn't my friend that booked the Chalet it was me and that in the last few days I had in fact seem numerous dogs on her site. She asked where and when I told her that its not my job to locate them and she's the boss, she can only what I can describe as lost the plot. Was told if I don't "F"ing like it then to "F' off. Considering this is a site owner/boss she was very unprofessional, rude and had zero people/customer service skills. We had booked the Chalet for 7/8 days. We felt that this woman had spoilt the week that much and created such an atmosphere we cut the week short after 4 days. We will definitely not be using this site again and I also feel you should make it a lot clearer for future customers about these sorts of policies. Still disgusted at how this member of staff acted.
