"This cottage is in the perfect location to explore Cornwall. Only 10 minutes walk to 3 great local pubs and shops. It is clean and has everything you need. Bear in mind it is very compact and has a tight drive leading to the property. Bed is comfy and shower is hot! Would highly recommend."

"Enjoyed the experience in Cornwall while staying at the Roslyn Studio. Location was perfect to stay at. Perfect for two people, keep in mind there will be less walking space. Bed was comfortable, had WiFi, hot water and heating. However we had noticed hair on the towels and gown that was provided. The pull out bed needs a little clean around as there were collected dust and dirt. The hotub lamps need fixing. Whenever we had an issue, we called the owner and was given very clear instructions, Great customer service. Thanks."

"Nice but very compact only suitable for a couple and maybe a small dog. Good facilities and friendly host, nice area. Very clean and welcoming."

"We had a lovely time, everything we need in the accommodation. Great local walks near the area and not far from local facilities. Would definitely come back"

"OK, so, it's a pretty cheeky to call a converted single garage a studio. There is bijou and then there's very small. Firstly, location. As I already mentioned, you are staying in someone's converted garage so you're still connected to the main house. This has major privacy issues. Although the occupants seemed nice enough, there were coming and going pretty much throughout the day and late at night and they have to walk passed the window door of the "studio" every time which unfortunately set our dog off. Which, despite the advert saying it would fit 2 adults and a dog, we found incredibly uncomfortable due to the fact the place was literally a high-end prison cell. On our first night, we were quite relieved to have the dog however as the police decided to break down the neighbours door at 2am due to a "family altercation". Hearing the shattering of glass after a long drive is not exactly the most relaxing of nights away. The hot tub on site sat immediately below the occupants stairway leading up to their front door. Neither of us felt inclined to use it given how on show we would be. The place was clean when we arrived but some basics could have been provided for, i.e. there was not one toilet roll in the entire place and we had about a millimetre of washing up liquid left for our use. As a previous reviewer already mentioned, the sofa was uncomfortable as were the little table and chairs outside the door. The only thing going for this place is that it's in walking distance of St. Just."

"The studio is nice and accessible for maybe a weekend break, would not recommend any longer, due to everything being reduced space. Not suitable for more than 2 people and would not take animals. Lovely place very small though."

"Excellent location and spotlessly clean accommodation. Great facilities and hot tub was amazing. The only negative thing was when we pulled the bed down and wanted to to the bathroom there wasn’t much room."
    Nicky ‐ 20 May 2021
"I have rated this reasonably high but it is really small. It was ok for 3 nights but we couldn't stay there for longer. The space has been put to really good use and the location is beautiful. But there isn't anywhere to relax comfortably after a long day. Yes the hot tub is amazing but the sofa is not comfortable and you can't chill out properly. The bed is very high but is very comfortable. The shower is a good size. You couldn't bring a dog as not enough room. The outside chairs are uncomfortable and the hot tub not private. But we had a lovely 3 days break."

"Great accommodation set in a great location, it was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Easily accessible to many tourist attractions and lovely walks on the doorstep. Just one thing to note that the pubs and cafes in St Just weren’t open all week due to lockdown and covid rules (mainly open at weekends) but the rugby club across the road was very accommodating and could go there for drinks instead. The hot tub was a great way to spend the evening, would highly highly recommend this property."
"Absolutely wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back. Highly recommend."
"Perfect place in a great location. Lots of places to visit in the day with an amazing hot tub to relax in the evenings."
"Perfect weekend. Roslyn studio has everything you need and more - hot tub was an added bonus! Big thank you to Les for making us feel so welcome, we would definitely come back again :)"
"Don't let the size fool you. Yes it's small but well designed so you have everything you need.First impression was how clean it was. There were also touches we didn't expect, such as ground coffee and decent tea bags. The hot tub is the best we've ever been in.Location is pretty quiet and perfect for exploring West Penwith. Would highly recommend."
"Nice Studio, small but good everything your needs also superb hot tub"
"Although small the studio apartment has all that you need for a stay. It was immaculately clean. The shower cubicle was spacious and the hot tub was great for relaxing after a long walk. The bed was easy to pull down and put away and the mattress was comfortable. We slept well as Nancherrow is a small quiet village - St Just being about half a mile away for supplies. We took one little dog and my only advice would be if you had a big dog, it might be a bit too cosy! A good central point for visiting many beaches."
"Was a lovely place but wouldn’t take dog again thought we were getting a private garden but we had to keep dog on a lead all the time which was disappointing as it was a shared drive with a neighbour and The owner ,couldn’t shut the gate , but other than that it had everything you needed and the hot tub was huge but wasn’t private as owner lived up the stairs from us , great guy but had a friend staying as well who was coming and going so not that private"
"Fabulous studio accommodation very high quality and amazing hot tub situated in a lovely village with bars restaurants and shops within walking distance of cape Cornwall. Would difinately recommend"
"The studio was far to small for 2 occupants. We left early due to rain leaking through the windows. The owner advised we had not shut them properly which was disappointing. The owner was most helpfull and the flat was decorated to a high speck. I have marked down in comfort and equipment due to the fact the lounge/bedroom and kitchen were all in the same area. There was insufficient room in the bathroom, hardly space to dry.The studio was not cleaned during our stay and the towels were not changed."
"Perfect cosy retreat, hot tub is a bonus"
