From the shared courtyard steps take you to the front door. There is a large beautiful open plan living area with feature electric fire, a high vaulted ceiling and this room has good distant views of St Ives Bay and Godrevy lighthouse. There are two double bedrooms; a standard double with sea views and the other with a 4ft bed. The bathroom has shower over the bath, whb and toilet.
Facilities: 2 x Colour TV's. Duvets and pillows provided, but guests need to bring their own linen & towels (please contact the St Ives office for hire details if required). Parking for one car. Shop 2-3 min walk. Beach 15 mins walk downhill. No smoking property.
