Good location, the hill really doesn’t bother us! We love Porthminster beach so an ideal location. Easy walk into St Ives town although the hill could be a struggle for those with mobility issues. The option of parking is helpful however the station car parking is in easy walking distance. The kitchen is well equipped. Good size bathroom.
