Continuing on the ground floor, a family bathroom separates two double bedrooms. Its ground floor layout means that the property is perfect for elderly guests or those with limited mobility.

We stayed for a week in Aug 2015 at Una Carbis Bay. This resort had recently opened and so we were fortunate to be one of the first ones to stay at the resort The accommodation (no 77) was really well equipped. We had a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with 2 bathrooms as well There is an on site indoor swimming pool (approx 1.2m deep all the way around) and steam room, sauna room and Jacuzzi. A couple of times we had the whole pool just to ourselves which was amazing We had excellent service from Vicky, Damian and Mike who look after the resort. The location is about 20 minutes walk to Carbis Bay beach (approx 35 mins walking back due to the steep hill) I would recommend staying at Una in Carbis Bay and the booking through Blue Chip holidays was very easy and straightforward
