Ideally located for exploring the South Coast of Cornwall with beautiful surfing beaches close by and the famous County attractions of Heligan Gardens and Caerhays Castle a short drive away.

Rescassa Wing is a fully self-contained cosy annexe adjoining the main Rescassa farmhouse sleeping four people.  Rescassa Farm is a working Cornish Farm and guests are invited to meet the livestock by prior arrangement with the owners.

Parking for two cars is on a gravelled surface alongside the property. The property also benefits from an enclosed lawn garden to the front.

Entered via the versatile sun room which is often used for dining in during the warmer months, the property retains some of the character features that would be associated with a building of this age and type. Off the hallway is the living room with easy seating for four guests. The snug kitchen/diner is suitably equipped with a well-stocked inventory.

Stairs lead up from the hallway to a split landing area with shower room and utility area off to the left and separate WC with wash hand basin to the right. Up one step onto the top landing area are the three bedrooms comprising of a double, twin and single. All three bedrooms have pretty views from the windows overlooking the lane and neighbouring fields.

The popular sandy surfing beach at Caerhays is just a mile away with payable on-site parking and cafe. The Caerhays Estate with Castle and gardens can again be reached easily and is well worth a visit (restricted opening times during the main season).

The village of Gorran has a general store and a pub providing good meals in a pleasant atmosphere. For a wider selection of amenities, the town of St Austell with a selection of supermarkets, high street and local retail outlets is 9 miles from Rescassa.

The award winning Lost Gardens of Heligan are 3 miles away with the pretty fishing village of Mevagissey 4 miles respectively.  The world famous Eden Project is an approximate 30 minute drive.
