This apartment is finished to a very high standard and with the eclectic styling, high-quality modern facilities and beautiful views, you are sure to be delighted.  Located just a short walk to the dog-friendly beach at Par Sands and within 3 miles of Fowey, Seashells has expansive views across to St Austell Bay.  With quality features such as underfloor heating throughout, oak doors and a fitted well-equipped kitchen, it provides an excellent base from which to explore the south coast of Cornwall.

Charlestown, the unspoiled example of a working Georgian port and used for filming in the Poldark TV series, is a 10 minute drive whilst the Lost Gardens of Heligan and The Eden Project are also within easy reach and well-worth a visit. The village of Par with its neighbourhood facilities is close by and the local beach, with its long expanse of sands backed by dunes and easy parking is popular with families.

Set high on the edge of the village in a small modern development Seashells has been designed with the views and comfort in mind. A full-height window in the open-plan living space makes the most of the scenic outlook and a comfortable seating area in the main bedroom is set up to allow you to relax and soak up the vista.

Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Pets Welcome: Maximum 1; £25 per pet per week -   Information about bringing your pet.

Bedding and Linen: Pillows & duvets included; bed linen provided, towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

Baby Equipment: Travel cot and high chair provided. Please bring your own cot bedding.

Power and Heat: Gas & electricity included in rent. Underfloor heating throughout.
