The apartment is lovely, very comfortable and well equipped. One of the nicest properties we have stayed in, good location.

I was on a pre-arranged visit to my daughter who lives in Cornwall, when my grandson and his partner who live in London, arranged to fly down and join us. Unfortunately, my daughter lives in a small cottage with limited bedroom space - hence our search for suitable accommodation for them. I came across the 'Blue Chip' holidays, and was very impressed with their advertising, description and quality of their marketing.(definitely superior to other holiday lets). I booked the holiday same day, and was replied to, by return, with all of the relevant information. My grandson and his partner flew down on Monday morning, arriving at 10.30pm,rather too early for admittance, but we made our way over to the complex about 2.30, and were met by a very nice 'lady housekeeper' who was kind enough to admit us, and show us around the apartment.Wonderful location on Duporth site, with magnificent views overlooking the bay. Immediately impressed with the quality of apartment, it had every facility that was needed, and spotlessy clean. ( I like to think 'home from home'-...so very important!) Needless to say, my grandson and his partner had a wonderful week away from the strains and tensions of their work in London, and came away very refreshed. Hopefully, it is their intention to book again later in the year for a second visit, and without doubt through 'Blue Chip'. We have all taken numerous photographs of the apartment, location , and facilities, and these have already been shown to friends and families, so look forward to one or two more bookings from 'Rugeley in Staffordshire', including myself of course ! What can I say ? Thank you 'Blue Chip' ! See you soon ! EXCELLENT !

Bayview Apartment is situated at the end of a road on a new development. The apartment was clean with lovely sea views to the far headland and a wooded area from another aspect. Two separate balconies were a delight to enjoy a drink and observe the views. It was very quiet and away from any traffic noise. A path opposite the apartment lead down to a private beach and the coastal path. Charlestown easily reached from here being about a 15 minute walk. Mobile phone signal non existent in apartment itself but a weak signal was possible on one of the balconies. Asda and Tesco supermarkets within a 5 minute drive for essentials.
