Stay - The Accommodation...The pedestrian entrance to the property is through the arched glass doors facing the main road, where there is off road parking in addition to the allocated parking space, into a communal lobby and up four carpeted steps to a private front door which opens into a carpeted hallway.
The stylishly decorated accommodation comprises a family bathroom with shower over the bath, W.C, basin and heated towel rail and two carpeted bedrooms both with views of the original old foundry waterwheel. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed, a mirror fronted walk-in wardrobe with sliding doors, TV and en-suite shower room W.C with hand basin and heated towel rail, and a twin bedroom with zip link beds providing the option of an additional double bedroom (by prior arrangement) and a mirror fronted wardrobe with sliding doors.
An L shaped open plan living room encompasses a fully equipped modern kitchen with integrated appliances, adjacent dining area with table and chairs to seat six and a comfortably furnished sitting room comprising two fabric recliner settees and French Doors opening to a Juliette balcony overlooking the cobbled parking area and development to the rear.
To the rear of the property there is a cobbled parking area where there is one allocated parking space and a glass door leads through a carpeted corridor to the private front door. This entrance provides level access to the property.

Excellent ground floor flat, very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Ideal for a family of 4 adults. Easy walk down to Charlestown harbour and restaurants, and also close to a supermarket. Good central location for travelling around Cornwall.

Modern well kept apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for two adults and two teenage kids. Having two bathrooms was a bonus. Great pubs and restaurants only 5 minutes down the hill. Beach is great to explore once the tides out. Highly recommend!

Everything you could possibly need i.e tea, coffee, sugar and cake was provided after a long journey. Couldn't fault anything. Fantastic accommodation and the owners went above and beyond to make our stay very welcoming.
