About this property

… in Trezelah, approached between stone pillars into a courtyard shared with its neighbours, a generous-sized, rambling, detached house with lovely long views to the sea over surrounding gorse-hedgerow meadows from the first floor. At the back, its own big, enclosed, mostly lawned garden with pony paddocks beyond.

From courtyard, door to hall with slate floor and plenty of room for boots/coats; roomy kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, oil stove cooker plus electric cooker) with table/chairs, breakfast bar/stools and handmade, rustic wood fitted cupboards. On the ground floor, three bedrooms – a twin, a single, and a double with TV, sofa, piano, woodburner, glazed doors to garden and en suite shower-room (suite); bathroom (suite plus hand-shower). From hall, stairs (stairgates) up to living room with woodburner, TV/DVD/video and door to balcony (those views) and steps down to garden; another double bedroom with a little cot room off and en suite shower-room (suite). Although not specifically designed for wheelchairs or people with limited mobility, the house could be suitable. A big, homely house in a peaceful, relaxing place.
