Step inside and you instantly feel the friendly atmosphere. This is a home where you can unwind and enjoy each other's company.
The bustling town of Wadebridge is a ten minute drive from Rooke Cottages where you will find access onto the famous Camel bicycle trail as well as a selection of independent, quality shops and restaurants. Three supermarkets are located in Wadebridge along with the normal high street banks and Post Office.
The popular surfing and family sandy beach at Polzeath is just 6 miles by car from Rooke Cottages with the picturesque village of Port Isaac just 3 miles by car.
Rooke Cottages is conveniently located just on the edge of the quaint village of Chapel Amble where the very popular Maltsters Arms pub and restaurant can be found.
Stay - The Accommodation...Once inside the Farm House the welcoming and spacious hallway greets you. Off the hallway is the well equipped kitchen/diner with extensive inventory. The good sized living room with feature wood burner and views out onto the garden is a super space to relax.
Upstairs you will find the two king size bedrooms, the 2ft6 bunk bedded room and separate single bedroom. A handy WC and wash hand basin to one of the king sized bedrooms with a separate family bathroom WC and additional shower room WC also. Outside is a large, informal garden with furniture and parking for two cars.

The Farmhouse provides a haven for families to retreat to for an exceptional Cornish break. The rooms are beautifully furnished and comfortable, with a real home from home feel. The garden was a perfect environment in which to eat, relax, play games and allow our dogs to roam. Just perfect.
