Parking: Free parking for 1 car available at the church car park a short distance from the property or additional parking in the village square (please refer to parking instructions found in cottage).
Family facilities: Not provided but may be hired - see hire page.
Pets: Maximum 1 (additional x 1 by arrangement); £25 per pet per week. Information about bringing your pet
General: Please note, stag and hen parties are not permitted. Wi-Fi included, gas & electricity included in rent; gas fired c.h & hot water, open fire (basket of logs provided.)

Changeover time: 3pm arrival - 10am departure.

The cottage overall was pretty good and stocked with all the equipment you would ever need . Cobwebs on most of the ceilings were quite large and had been there a while . Main bedroom , behind radiator had last guests belongings , tweezers and knickers or socks ( dare not touch them ). And bedroom threes bed sheets were soiled with a stain . So maybe these areas need a little bit more attention .

The house is furnished with a lot of love. There is nothing missing, the equipment is really very good, especially the kitchen is great equipped. The place St Columb Minor is very special. But the pub is ok and the parking is very close. In addition, you can walk to the beach in 20 minutes and by car you can quickly reach supermarkets and Newquay. We had a very nice family vacation and can recommend the house.

Lovely place. Pretty garden. Nice local pub with excellent food. Cottage very clean tidy and nicely located for travelling around
