Mylor Bridge just a five minute walk has local shops, a pub, playing field with views of the tidal creek. A Marina and boat hire is 2 miles away at Mylor Harbour next to the Pandora Inn. The cathedral city of Truro is 8 miles, there is a golf course and horse riding nearby, and Bissoe bike hire have a good selection of cycles to explore the picturesque Coast to Coast cycle trail.
Falmouth with a variety of glorious sandy beaches is 5 miles and there is also a plenitude of public and National Trust gardens to visit in the area. Flora Dora offers an ideal base from which to explore the inland and coastal locations of this area.
