No caravans, camper vans, vans or commercial vehicles permitted on the site; dinghy park available. A warm and comfy all-year-round base for walking, leisure activities and lovely gardens. We let six houses and apartments.
... within the Maenporth Estate, a neat, split-level, terraced apartment with terrific uninterrupted views over the beach. From the entrance hall, a few steps up into open-plan living/dining/fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer) with TV/DVD, iPod dock and glazed doors to balcony with those views. Two bedrooms at the back looking to the estate gardens and grounds – a double, and a twin; bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Washer-drier in hall cupboard. A good base with a great view.

"Maen Porth Estate is very well maintained and the staff in the leisure centre friendly and helpful. The apartment suited our needs perfectly. The little balcony overlooking the beach was delightful. Geographically it was well placed to explore the Roseland Peninsula and the coastal path. We would certainly return to the same place again. Thank you."

"I would say this is one of the best equipped holiday homes that I have stayed in, the location is beautiful and peaceful, and the caretaking/cleaning of the highest standard. The only slight problem for us was the very steep short hill back up from the beach, as my son has a learning disability and finds hills a bit challenging."
