About this property

This semi-detached bungalow is on a small private development of purpose built holiday bungalows which lies just steps away from golden sands and white tipped waves. Set around the site of Marazion's former railway sidings and the little granite stone station which has now been sympathetically converted. This property is perfect for those who want to be close as possible to the sea as it is just steps away from the beach and the stunning views of St Michael's Mount. The entrance leads into the open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with TV. Two double bedrooms, twin bedroom and a bathroom complete the bungalow. There is a patio area for each bungalow and the surrounding communal gardens have been landscaped with designated parking bays in front of each property with two spaces. Ever popular with watersports enthusiasts, windsurfers, kite surfers and dinghies can be found skimming over the waves throughout the year. When the tide is out, the historic island castle of 'St Michael's Mount' can be accessed by an ancient cobbled causeway well trodden by Pilgrims over the centuries. Time can be spent browsing the galleries and antique shops, or taking refreshments in the cafes, pubs and tea rooms, which can be found lining the narrow streets of this enchanting coastal village. Step out and explore the surrounding area where you will discover Penzance, Land's End and St Ives are all just a convenient drive away. Returning to your bungalow after a day of sun and sea, sheltered from Atlantic breezes by the sea wall, this property is perfect for those that want to relax and plan the next adventurous day, whether with family or friends. 1. Coat hangers in wardrobe should all be facing same direction. 2. Ordered travel cot & highchair zero in property , after phone call to Sykes found them in Shed, cot would not erect at one end, baby slept in an incorrect fitting cot. It smelt damp , 3. Need more leaflets of tourism in the area, eateries etc 4. Freezer not big enough 5. Nice to get home to proper sized Quilts…Double more like a single size 6.floors could of been cleaner, on moving sofa’s a lot of hair & dust!! 7. Toilet roll holder needs replacing 8. Double bed at the angle not ideal, now have bruises on legs On good size 1. Plenty of boiling water 2. Plenty of bath & hand towels 3. Pillows ideal 4. Kitchen wear plentiful 5. Dusty/dirty windowsills, lots of flys inside the property. Bath tiles covered in mould, had to buy cleaners to spray and clean it all, ironically spraying mould and wiping off takes literally a few minutes! Ceiling in bathroom had recently been pained, as paint splodges in bath, which were still wet! Luckily only two people staying, over half the towels had either brown marks or what looked like mould engrained into them. No bread knife and a general lack of utensils compared to next door. - do have photo’s if you’d like them?
