River View Apartment is a light and airy two bedroom apartment located above the Globe Inn public house with views of the river and woods beyond. It is situated opposite Looe railway station so just a short walk into town and to the beach. The pub below is aimed at families and has a large sunny patio and seating area to the front. The apartment has its own private access via a secure door to the side of the building away from public areas.
Accommodation: Lounge/Diner large and bright with 44" TV with freeview and DVD player, iPod docking station and WiFi, views of the river and woods, dining table and chairs for four.
Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave and 4 ring electric hob and oven.
Front Bedroom: double bed, built in wardrobe, 24" TV, views of the river and woods.
Rear Bedroom: double bed, lamps and drawer storage.
Bathroom: set down a couple of steps from the lounge, bath with Triton shower over, wc and hand basin.
Parking: there is no parking with the apartment but this can be found in the railway station carpark opposite or in the Millpool carpark a 15 minute walk away where parking for the week is £38.50. Unloading at the apartment is possible.
Changeover Day: Saturday.
Power and Heating: the apartment has electric central heating throughout.
Bedding and Linen: all bedding and linen is included.
Baby Equipment: no travel cot is provided but there is plenty of room to bring your own.
Shop: 500m Pub: 10 feet below.
Extras: if cooking's not your thing, Jonathon and Anouska will cook your breakfast by prior arrangement.
Notes: the apartment is no smoking, pets not allowed, arrival time 3pm, departure 10am.

Loved this property! Such a good location and the view is stunning. The pub landlord and landlady were very friendly. We will definately stay there again.

Excellent value for money, very friendly owners and a good location made this a very nice place to stay. It was very clean and spacious with super views of the river to add to the interest we had watching the trains come and go. All in all we would recommend the apartment at the Globe Inn for a super holiday in Looe.
