This is also a great spot to enjoy a barbecue at the end of a day spent visiting the delights of the West Country. Easy access to South East Cornwall offers secluded coves and sandy beaches whilst both Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor offer ever-changing, spectacular scenery, beautiful and rugged. The town of Liskeard is approximately two miles away with a choice of restaurants, takeaways and pubs, along with train links to coastal resorts. With so much to see and do, this comfortable holiday home is the ideal base for a break whatever the time of year.
The historic market town of Liskeard is located in South East Cornwall at the head of the Looe Valley. The town has a weekly market and is home to a number of shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches and harbour of the quaint fishing port of Looe is a mere 9 miles away. In-between there’s fishing and watersports at nearby Siblyback Lake, the Donkey Sanctuary at St Ann's Chapel, Cotehele House (NT) and gardens, and the championship golf course at St Mellion International Resort. Head to the world-famous Eden Project for a superb day out with the children. Even the maritime city of Plymouth with its historic Barbican docks area, outstanding shops, theatres and restaurants and the National Maritime Museum is only 30 minutes by car.

No1 The Heathers had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and if in the area, stay there ourselves again.

Sitting outside having breakfast next to the stream was a bonus. The only downside was the photos were dated as they showed a bath and not a shower, not many places have baths.

There was no bath as in the advertisement and the towels were very sparse. The DVD player also didnât work
