Life’s a Beach is a contemporary and stylish one-bedroom apartment located in the outskirts of the South Devon coastal town of Dawlish. Everything is within easy reach, including the sea, sandy beaches, rocks, railway, various local facilities and attractions, and Dawlish Warren. The first floor accommodation is situated in a coach house on a green park, with views looking out over the park at the front of the property, with the south facing sun trap patio being a most relaxing environment. This is the perfect spot to plan your adventurous day ahead over a morning coffee. On the ground floor there is a doorway to the utility room which houses the washing machine, along with a standard carpeted stairway (13 steps) leading to the living area. The kitchen is well equipped and has an eye level double electric oven, and there is an open plan living/dining room which is comfortably furnished with a two-seater sofa, TV, electric fire and a table with two chairs. The bedroom feels bright and spacious with a double bed, walk-in airing cupboard with hanging space, a chest of drawers and a dressing table. The utility area on the ground floor houses the washing machine and there is plenty of storage here for bicycles, surfboards and kayaks.

When you are ready to escape the charm of Life’s a Beach, you will be spoilt for choice with breathtaking scenery to explore. Peacefully located in between the coastal town of Dawlish and the beautiful village of Holcombe, which has a pretty church and lovely pub. For ramblers, there is plenty of walking and the apartment is situated less than a 10-minute walk to Coryton Cove, the beaches and Dawlish town with its lawns, brook and black swans, and the South West Coast Path that takes you into Teignmouth.

Teignmouth is a vibrant coastal town with a beautiful long promenade, pier and beach, where you can sit and watch the world go by. There are plenty of restaurants and pubs to refuel, and the Arts Quarter is a fantastic spot to appreciate the local art, exhibitions and workshops. Why not purchase a special something to remember your stay? The English Riviera boasts endless activities, such as Paignton Zoo, the Dartmouth Steam Railway, the picturesque fishing harbour of Brixham and the rugged Dartmoor National Park.

Day trips to the beaches in the South Hams such as Blackpool Sands and Goodrington Beach also offer a great alternative for a fun day-out and they are within an hour’s drive. Venture to Exeter with its castle and cathedral, Exmouth, the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, and Torquay, which offers a selection of continental-style cafés and restaurants.
