The location is highly praised for its views and proximity to local attractions, making it an almost perfect spot for a holiday.

The house is described as comfortable and spacious, providing a relaxing stay, though one comment about the small cooker suggests a slight deduction.

The views are truly exceptional. This is true from the balcony where you can eat breakfast, and from both the main bedroom and one other. We all slept with the curtains open to take advantage of the view as it changed throughout the night and into the morning. The property was presented beautifully and was cleaned to a very high standard. We were greeted by a lovely welcome pack when we arrived, which added to our appreciation. The cooker was small for a family of 5 but for a holiday when we were not planning to do any major catering, this was not a major issue. Access to Polruan is via very narrow roads, which were interesting to navigate in bank holiday traffic but the view when you arrived made this all worthwhile.

This is a perfect spot for a holiday and the view simply can’t be beaten. The house has everything needed and we were pleasantly surprised by the space and comfort. We’re already missing sitting at the window watching the bustle on the water.
