A beautiful, modern cottage with fantastic views of Fowey harbour and estuary. Located just 300 yards from Polruan Quay with a patio garden and private parking for two cars.
Quietly positioned and overlooking the harbour, Gartree Cottage is a charming holiday home with the living room upstairs to take advantage of the impressive views. Comfortably furnished it is an ideal base from which to explore Polruan with its little shops, walk the coastal path or take the ferry across to Fowey.
