Briar Cottage has been finished to a high standard, and provides a lovely welcoming feel as soon as you walk through the door. The perfect base for a Cornish holiday on the South coast.

Lounge / Kitchen / Diner: 40" TV, doors leading onto balcony, electric oven, ceramic hob, Cool Zone wine chiller, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine.
Cloakroom: Basin w.c.
garden & parking: Ample parking with steps leading up to the raised balcony and down to the front door with key box. To the side is a large private, sheltered gravel seating area with garden furniture and built-in barbecue. Garage available for storing bikes, surfboards etc.
Changeover Day: Saturday - arrival 3:00pm - departure 10:00am

Second time we have visited Briar Cottage and we love it there - we'll definitely be back! If I could make one suggestion, it would be a curtain or blind on the front door as it is clear glass and the bedrooms and main bathroom are downstairs.

Great place to stay especially with your pet as spacious, secure outside area. We loved the living area, it's layout and it's style. If we holiday in Cornwall in the future, this is the place we would stay and of course recommend.
