It’s the only place I’ve stay in and it’s really bad and wasn’t clean and made my child with asthma bad which made him sick at the restaurant from Sleeping in a dusty room.

The chalet we stayed in wasn't a nice to place stay in at all, it was run down and didn't have things like a hair dryer, bath towels etc and the mattress on the double bed was well past its sellby date. To be fair it was the cheapest chalet accommodation but it was the only accommodation that was available had we been able to stay in better quality accommodation l am sure it would have been a different story.

Accommodation was very poor, and set the tone for the holiday. I appreciate that we booked the cheapest accommodation, but the bed was rock hard and couldn’t be slept on, we had to leave the blanket on and use the blankets from the single beds to sleep in. The kitchen only had 2 plug points, and as we had a prep machine for our baby I was having to rotate the microwave, toaster and kettle, and move them around the kitchen accordingly. The sofa was horrible and not comfortable. It felt like we stayed somewhere really cheap, when I feel like it would be achievable to make it much more comfortable for guests without spending much more money. Also the lack of WiFi Is genuinely embarrassing. We could just about get WiFi in the bar but that was hit and miss, as 50% of the time it wouldn’t connect and we couldn’t use it to order drinks and food. When I went to the bar to get served it was frowned upon despite the fact the WiFi wasn’t working. We were told everyone else was able to order on the app.
