Overall a great time was had. Main disappointment was the "main event" entertainment. In house singers/entertainers were the only ones that kept us interested, otherwise it would have been early night, every night.

Restaurant was not open for breakfast or lunch, when we arrived lunch time, we couldn't get any hot drinks or food. When we went in the evening, it wasn't a full menu, the menu was pretty much the same every night (we have copies of the menu if need be) Friday there was fish and chips which were £11.50 and the fish was Birdseye product, not happy with that. The staff said they were really short staff due to Covid (which isn't our problem). Everything had to be paid in cash in the restaurant and the cash machine charged £1.50, restaurant was a rip off.Lodge was really nice and comfortable, we had a problem with getting towels, even though we phoned to clarify as it was also advised on your website . The windows were dirty and look liked they hadn't been cleaned for months, there was birdpoo on one of the windows that my mum cleaned off. There were no airier which would of been helpful as we used the washing machine a few times. It would of been nice to have hangers in the wardrobe as normally they is.The the knives could of been a bit sharper as we struggled to cut anything, the oven took forever to get hot. We did have a problem with both TV's but they sorted this really quickly.
