… 2 miles from Boscastle and its pubs and shops, and ¾ mile to coast path, a handsome detached house with commanding views out to sea and along the magnificent north Cornish coast.   It is surrounded by its own large, enclosed mostly lawned garden (picnic benches) and gated from its access through a neighbour’s beautiful landscaped grounds.

From the garden, door to large kitchen/dining room (dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and hob, fridge-freezer) with original Delabole slate floor; big living room with open fire, TV/DVD and French windows to garden; a snug with TV/DVD, games, toys; ground floor bathroom (suite with hand-shower and separate shower cubicle), housing washing machine and tumble-drier.

From hall, stairs up to four bedrooms – a double (5’ bed), a double plus single, a twin and a bunk room; bathroom (suite – a loo with a view!).  Spring water. Dogs permitted in kitchen only . No dogs during main school holidays.

A big, roomy house ¾ mile to coast path and stunning walk for the reasonably fit into Boscastle, or for relaxing in its big garden. Also field-footpath into Boscastle from property.
