Utility area (washing machine, tumble drier) with useful storage space for coats/boots and wetsuits. A fantastic waterside location in a vibrant area, close to the quay for water taxis and boat trips and with a sandy beach and golf within 2 miles, or lovely for simply relaxing and enjoying the wonderful view.

"Lovely, quiet location with views of the river which made it very calm and relaxing. We found the flat very clean and comfortable with plenty of room; the armchair in the garden room is extremely comfy and perfect for lazy reading time or just watching the bird life outside. We did a lot of walking this holiday and it was a lovely place to come back to, homely. The weather wasn't great but we had a very happy, enjoyable holiday. If returning to Falmouth, this would be my first choice for accommodation."
