Number 7 is a second floor apartment and benefits from a garden view and a large decked area (that leads onto the communal gardens) to sit and relax. The apartment has recently been awarded the prestigious ‘four star gold’ award.The accommodation consists of an open-plan living area with a bright and open feel to the apartment. There is also an allocated parking space.

This property especially welcomes families. It includes a cot and a highchair plus two children's surfboards.

Large decked area with table and chairs which can be accessed through the side gate - great for coming straight of the beach. Communal gardens with BBQ area at the back of the development. Entry phone system into the property.

Shower area on the ground floor for cleaning off the sand and secure storage for surfboards and wetsuits.

Watergate Bay occupies a spectacular part of Cornwall’s north coast, conveniently located between Padstow and Newquay. Nearby sights include The Eden Project near St Austell, Rick Stein's Padstow restaurants and any number of natural wonders, such as Bedruthan Steps, Gurnards Head and Kynance Cove.
More immediately, Watergate Bay offers everything that you need for an amazing beachside experience. An array of extreme sports, including surfing, mountain boarding, kitesurfing, traction-kiting and wave-skiing are just some of the adrenaline-fuelled activities available from The Extreme Sports Academy, located right on the beach. The Jamie Oliver inspired Fifteen restaurant sits above the Academy and has been rated as one of the ‘Top Five Beachside Restaurants in the World’.
