We have to say, East Thorne couldn’t be more family-friendly if it tried. You’ll find an adventure playground for the younger members of your clan, and a games room that’s ideal if you happen to get a rainy day. The volleyball net will keep them active during those lazy days, and when the sun sets, the communal campfire gives every stay a touch of the camping adventure. There’s something special about sipping on a drink while the fire warms your face, and what a way to unwind. This is a place to forget the world, make new friends and reconnect with your favourite people.

There may be a rural feel to East Thorne, but it’s only a short drive from some of Cornwall’s most breathtaking sandy beaches. Whether you love building sandcastles, rockpooling or just lying on the sand, you’ll have your pick of some of the region’s finest stretches of sand almost on your doorstep.
