The warm and homely atmosphere makes this a delightful retreat for two, plus your canine companion who is welcome at this dog-friendly property. Gather round the hearth for a toasty evening together curled up on the sofa or share a traditional cream tea at the farmhouse-style table. Pick a book and a sunny spot in the garden where you can unwind by the pond, littered with lily pads.

Bodmin Moor is on your doorstep where you can find Carnglaze Caverns (11 miles) and Golitha Falls (14 miles). Port Isaac is less than 10 miles from this cottage and is a picturesque fishing village with delightful cafes and shops to wander. If you wish to venture further, take a trip up to the medieval Tintagel Castle on Tintagel Island (14 miles). Further still along the coast, you'll find the wide sandy beach of Daymer Bay (15 miles) and Pentire Headland Walk (14 miles), both great place to take in the beauty of the Cornwall Coast. The Eden Project is 18 miles away.
