Off-road parking is provided, while the secure grounds, monitored by cctv, offer complete peace of mind throughout your stay.

The real highlight of this exceptional property lies beyond the front door. Guests have the freedom to explore four acres of private grounds, with open space for children to play, peaceful walks and plenty of places to simply relax. A picturesque lake with picnic benches and a fire pit creates a wonderful setting for afternoons outdoors, while the owners are happy for families to pitch small tents within the grounds, adding an extra sense of adventure for younger guests.

Animal lovers will be in their element. The paddocks are home to three emus, a striking peacock, a friendly turkey, hens and a flock of Ouessant sheep, the smallest breed of sheep in the world. Guests are warmly invited to join the owners for an unforgettable hands-on experience, helping to collect freshly laid eggs, feed the sheep and even hose down the emus. Fresh eggs are included in the welcome pack, offering a delicious taste of country life and making this a particularly special stay for children.

Despite its peaceful setting, the barn is perfectly placed for discovering both Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. The Royal Sandringham Estate is within easy reach, where visitors can explore the beautiful gardens, woodland walks and museum throughout the year. The stunning North Norfolk coastline is also close by, with the wide sandy beaches of Hunstanton, Heacham and Brancaster offering everything from traditional seaside days to spectacular sunsets and coastal walks. Nature enthusiasts will enjoy rspb Snettisham, famous for its remarkable birdlife, while nearby King’s Lynn provides historic streets, independent shops, cafés and restaurants.
