Guests say

Guests have found their stay at Heron Cottage in Ely to be enjoyable, highlighting the property's quiet, rural charm and proximity to local attractions. The indoor pool is a notable feature, although the hot tub is no longer in use. While the accommodation is described as basic, it is also considered clean and welcoming.

The property is mentioned as 'very clean', indicating a high standard of cleanliness. No negative comments about cleanliness were provided.

The location is appreciated for its quietness and rural setting, with good access to Ely and Cambridge. However, there is a mention of remote roads with bad subsidence, which could affect the score.

There is insufficient information to accurately assess comfort as the reviews do not provide specific details on this aspect.

Facilities like the indoor pool and games are positively mentioned, but the lack of attention to the outside area and the non-functional hot tub suggest room for improvement in maintenance.

There are no mentions of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.
