Knowing that I was bringing my elderly father on holiday the owner switched on the heat at a higher setting before our arrival, which was much appreciated.

The cottage is home from home with everything you need to cook and a washing machine which we needed for a long term stay Marie was very welcoming and left us lots of treats . It was nice meet the owner rather than just use a key safe . We had one issue with how to work the heating and Marie’s son arrived within the hour to sort out the problem. Excellent service. I would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for accommodation in the Newmarket area .

We feel that there should be a bath mat in the bath to prevent slipping. Very welcoming and very keen to please us. Provided a lot of extras e.g. tea bags. In a good area to visit different places /attractions.
