Kalkan lies one hundred and twenty-five kilometres from Dalaman Airport, a scenic one and a half hour drive through the Taurus Mountains and rural countryside.

Once a Greek enclave known as Kalamaki, Kalkan still reflects its Ottoman and Hellenic heritage in the winding, cobbled streets of its old town. These picturesque lanes are lined with traditional whitewashed houses and a wealth of restaurants, cafés, bars, boutique shops, and designer stores. Evenings come alive with rooftop dining, where panoramic harbour views pair perfectly with Turkish specialities and international dishes.

From the villa, local shops and eateries in Kalamar are within easy reach, while central Kalkan is just a five-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, banks, and a lively Thursday market.
