Villa Alixe is situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan. The property offers four bedrooms and accommodates up to eight guests. It also features an open-air jacuzzi located on the lower ground level. The villa has a contemporary design and is positioned within walking or driving distance of Kalkan town centre, local beaches, and restaurants. The nearest beach clubs are Villa Mahal Beach Club and Kalkan Beach Park, both of which offer dining and swimming facilities. Modern furnishings are used throughout the interior and exterior spaces.
Villa Alixe is arranged over several levels, offering clearly defined living and sleeping areas. The main entrance leads into the open-plan living space, where the lounge and kitchen are positioned to create a sociable central area. The living room is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, with sliding glass doors opening directly onto the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen is set within the same open-plan space and includes modern appliances, a dining table, and all necessary cookware and tableware for a self-catered stay. A separate WC is also located on this level.
The remaining bedrooms are located on the upper floors. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and one twin bedroom. The twin bedroom has access to a bathroom with WC located in the hallway. The second (top) floor is dedicated to a further double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. As this room is built into the eaves, some areas have restricted ceiling height.
The pool terrace extends from the living area and features an infinity swimming pool with a shallow section, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, and a barbecue area. On the lower ground level, accessible via an external staircase from the pool terrace, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This level also includes an open-air jacuzzi.
Kalkan is a picturesque harbour town on Turkey’s Turquoise Coast, known for its whitewashed houses, bougainvillea-draped balconies and sweeping sea views. Built into the hillside, the town cascades down towards a charming marina filled with gulets and fishing boats, creating a postcard-perfect setting. Despite its growing popularity, Kalkan has retained an intimate, boutique feel. The old town is a maze of cobbled streets lined with independent shops, rooftop restaurants and relaxed cocktail bars, many of which boast panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Dining is a particular highlight here, with an impressive concentration of high-quality restaurants serving everything from traditional Turkish meze to refined international cuisine.
The area is also ideally positioned for exploring some of Turkey’s most beautiful beaches and ancient sites. Just a short drive away is the famous Kaputaş Beach, a stunning ribbon of sand at the foot of a dramatic gorge, as well as the expansive Patara Beach, known for its dunes and as a nesting site for loggerhead turtles. History lovers can easily visit the nearby Lycian ruins of Xanthos, Letoon and Tlos, while boat trips from Kalkan harbour offer the chance to discover hidden coves and swim in crystal-clear waters.
Kışla, located just around the bay from Kalkan’s main harbour, offers a slightly more tranquil and residential atmosphere.
