Villa Berrak is situated in the peaceful and rural setting setting of Üzümlü, Kalkan, offering a comfortable stay surrounded by nature. Designed with a modern aesthetic, the villa accommodates up to five guests across two bedrooms, making it suitable for small families or groups of friends. The interiors are thoughtfully arranged to provide a practical and relaxed holiday environment.
The open-plan living area is bright and spacious, featuring comfortable seating, air conditioning, a television, and direct access to the pool terrace. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher, and a range of essential utensils, catering well to guests who prefer self-catering during their stay.
The villa comprises two bedrooms: one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, and sauna, and a second bedroom with three single beds and its own bathroom. Both rooms are fitted with air conditioning and storage space.
Outside, the private pool and terrace area provide ample space for relaxation, with sun loungers, shaded seating, and a barbecue available for outdoor dining. The villa is located a short drive from local amenities and the centre of Kalkan, offering a balance between peaceful seclusion and convenient access to shops and restaurants.
Üzümlü is a small, peaceful village set in the hills above Kalkan on Turkey’s southwestern Mediterranean coast. The name “Üzümlü” means “with grapes,” a nod to the area’s long tradition of viticulture, and you’ll still see grapevines woven through gardens and terraces. Unlike the busier harbour town below, Üzümlü feels distinctly rural and unhurried, with stone houses, narrow lanes, and sweeping views across olive groves and down toward the sea.
Despite its tranquil atmosphere, Üzümlü is not isolated. It’s only about a 10–15 minute drive from Kalkan, where you’ll find beaches, restaurants, and shops. Within the village itself, there are a handful of local eateries and small markets, giving it just enough infrastructure for day-to-day needs without losing its charm. The area is particularly popular with travellers looking for privacy and a more authentic slice of Turkish village life, while still having easy access to the coast.
Culturally, Üzümlü retains a traditional feel. Seasonal rhythms are still tied to agriculture, and local festivals and weekly markets bring a sense of community. The nearby ruins of Patara and other Lycian sites add a historical dimension to the area, making it appealing not just for relaxation but also for exploration. Overall, Üzümlü offers a blend of scenic beauty, quiet seclusion, and proximity to one of Turkey’s most picturesque coastal towns.
