The stylishly designed Villa Alanza is a delightful holiday home for your stay in illustrious Turkey. This modern and homely villa features numerous spaces to have fun or relax and is set across two floors, providing two bedrooms and can host a family or group of up to four guests!

 

Simple use of different varieties of wood and stone come together to present a chic villa and splashes of colour give an extra touch of pizzazz to the otherwise neutral tones found throughout. Windows have purposefully been designed to allow plenty of sunlight into the villa, and the ample space provided makes room for lounge areas and even terraces!

 

Step into the cosy lounge area. This villa adopts a minimalism ambience throughout so you will never feel like any area is too cluttered! With a plush sofa and seat, guests can snuggle up together whilst they watch flicks on the LCD television and use air-conditioning to make sure temperatures are just right. A patio door alongside offers access to the outdoor area, so you can leave it open to allow a gentle breeze to compliment your nights and days! The kitchen allows guests to prepare meals or morning and evening beverages with its inclusion of an oven and a refrigerator.

 

The two bedrooms offered in Villa Alanza are split across the two floors. On the ground floor and with access to the pool terrace, the first bedroom houses two single beds. These beds can be kept separated or joined together to allow for a bigger bed for snoozing. Guests will be pleased to know each bedroom also offers air-conditioning access, as well as access to the outdoors. The master bedroom continues the simplicity, which makes this villa so unique and luxurious! Find your recluse on the massive plump king-size bed or head to the terrace for beautiful views of the garden whilst you sip your morning coffee! Along with an en-suite bathroom, the master bedroom also houses a jacuzzi tub which sits just next to the bed, so you can simply roll or flop into it and don’t forget your cocktail or glass of bubbly!

 

Outdoors, the villa offers a charming dining table, sitting underneath an extended part of the house and offering shaded settings for your alfresco dining! Step off the sun terrace and into the outdoor pool. Perfect for relief against hot weather, the pool handily offers ladders to exit so nearly anyone can take the opportunity to jump right in! Behind, gorgeous sun-loungers that can be used with a parasol lies a lovely and immaculately kept lawn, which makes for another sunbathing, lounging or relaxation spot!

Situated between swanky Gocek and popular Fethiye, discover the charm of Yanıklar, a hidden gem near Fethiye on Turkey's stunning Mediterranean coast. British tourists will love its tranquil beaches, lush pine forests, and opportunities for eco-friendly adventures like hiking and bird-watching.

The town of Fethiye, with is Marina is perhaps the jewel of the Turquoise Coast. This historic city was once the most important in Lycia, and these days it’s a well-connected place with a lot to see.  Destinations within reach include Oludeniz, Kas, the sunken city of Kekova and Butterfly Valley.

The area’s history gives you plenty of archaeological sites to visit, with the Tombs of Amyntas in the cliffs of Fethiye one must-see. At more than 2400 years old, the tombs provide a wonderful view as well. Behind the harbour is the Telmessos Roman theatre, built in the 2nd century BC, which is in the process being restored. Nearby, Fethiye Museum contains exhibits of artefacts from Telmessos (as Fethiye was formerly known), Kaunos and Tlos.

The ‘ghost village’ of Kayakoy is a fascinating, abandoned village in the mountains with crumbling houses and churches, where Greeks and Turks once lived side by side, and well worth exploring further. Discovering the full history of the place will make your visit even more interesting.

Göcek is a haven for British yachting enthusiasts. Known for its stunning marina and crystal-clear waters, Göcek offers luxurious resorts, charming boutiques, and tranquil coves perfect for sailing and relaxation. Explore the nearby Twelve Islands, indulge in delicious Turkish cuisine along the waterfront​ or just wander down the main street of fashinonable boutiques.

If you want to explore the region further, be sure to make some excursions to the likes of Saklikent Gorge. With the deepest gorge in Turkey, this spectacular national park offers various activities from hiking through the water of the gorge itself to zip-lining. Other places of interest include the lengthy Patara Beach and the many mud baths of Dalyan. Jeep safaris are a popular way to see the most significant local landmarks, including these.

Villa Alanza is a newly-built villa in the area of Fethiye, in a small village called Yaniklar. Part of a complex of 4, this villa is perfect for families or a small group of friends. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms and it accommodates up to 4 guests.
