The villa features four en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace, while upstairs there is a twin room, ideal for children or friends sharing, and two further double bedrooms.
Outside, panoramic views can be enjoyed from the terraces, whether dining alfresco, relaxing on the sun loungers, or unwinding in the infinity pool and outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the mountains and sea. Kalamar, Kulube and Lures Beach Clubs, along with a supermarket, are all around a 10-minute walk away, while Kalkan’s charming old town, restaurants, shops and beach can be reached on foot in approximately 20–25 minutes.

Patara Beach, a national treasure of the country, is an uninterrupted stretch of delightful sandy shores and crystal blue waters and is the longest beach in the whole of Turkey!
