The central living area is both spacious and cosy and has large sofas arranged by both the TV and the fire to allow you to relax in the warmth on the cooler evenings, as well as a large dining area. The kitchen extends away from the dining area and includes all the latest mod cons as well as a coffee machine and washing machine. On top of this, every room enjoys both air conditioning and heating to maximise comfort throughout your stay.

Three of the bedrooms are located in this main building, one double room with a luxury ensuite bathroom, and two twin rooms that share a second bathroom. There is also a separate apartment space at the far end of the terrace with a further spacious living/dining room with a TV, a small kitchen, a double bedroom, and bathroom, ideal for grandparents or those seeking a little extra space and privacy away from the main house.

This villa is a must for an active family or group of friends, with table tennis, table football and a huge private pool all waiting to be raided in the garden! Overlooking the fabulous nearby hills, the garden also enjoys an interesting array of all kinds of plants, flowers and comfy garden furniture – from sun loungers and sofas to a large dining area under the veranda, plus a bonus BBQ! The pool is ideally placed to catch the sun all day long so you can make the most of the beautiful Spanish weather! For a supplement, pool heating is also available.

Enjoying the inland mountains to the West and the exquisite sandy coves of the Mediterranean Sea to the East, Moraira truly provides something for every taste!
