Perched in the mountainous area of Calpe along the Costa Blanca coast, this villa boasts some of the most stunning views that are the perfect backdrop for a dreamy holiday escape.

The quirky villa is an ideal home away from home, with little touches that make you feel instantly welcome and facilities that make everything simple and stress-free so you can spend more time relaxing and having fun. The villa offers open plan living, so everyone can be doing their own thing but still get to make the most of the togetherness that comes from a family holiday.

The naturally-lit home is spread over two levels and is comprised of an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

There is nothing better than a holiday feast, made up of local delicacies, and the kitchen has everything you need to make this happen, with a gas hob, gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine and toaster. In other words, everything you need to prepare meals at home should you wish. Meals can be enjoyed in the adjoining dining room or outside on the terrace.

Because you can’t go to Spain without partaking in a siesta, or two, you need a comfy spot to rest your head. While the couch is an option for some, there are plenty of bedrooms for afternoon kips. The three bedrooms all comprise different sleeping arrangements. One has two single beds and a bunk bed, the other a double bed and the last two single beds. All rooms are bright and airy and also have quirky touches such as unique art.

With so many guests no one wants to be fighting for a bathroom, which is why this villa has three bathrooms. One of which has a single washbasin, shower, bidet and toilet while the other two each have a single washbasin, shower and toilet.

The stunning weather along the Costa Blanca coast means a few hours will be spent inside, and the real charm of this home is without a doubt its outdoor areas. First up, the stunning terrace with enough dining space for two and one of the most breath-taking views. Then, the private pool complete with sun-chairs lining the pool. There are plenty of opportunities for soaking up the sun at this villa.

All of this is located just one kilometre from Cala Les Urques beach.

The Costa Blanca coast is the perfect spot to escape to any time of the year for a little rest and relaxation. With crystal-clear waters, beaches that go as far as the eye can see and sun that makes an appearance all year round. What more could you ask for? It’s an incredibly popular holiday destination, which is no surprise considering the area welcomes 3,000 hours of sun a year and an average afternoon high of 20 degrees year-round.

The villa is located in Calpe, a town known for its sandy beaches, sea pools and medieval ruins. Some of the most beautiful beaches are in Calpe, and it is said to have some of the most beautiful sandy beaches along the Costa Blanca coast, such as Playa de la Fosa, Arenal-Bol and La Fossa-Levante.

But what makes this town stand out is its rich history. Calpe’s position on the coast attracted voyagers and settlers throughout history, and remains of Iberian tribes have even been found around the town. The location also meant it was open to pirate attacks, such as the many attacks that took place during the 14th to 17th centuries. By the 18th century, peace enabled the town to regenerate and become the tourist location adored by tourists from all over the world. Not only does the history of this town make for enchanting tales, but also plenty of stunning attractions, such as the ancient town centre next to the Moorish quarter and the church known as Iglesia Vieja, Valencia’s only remaining example of Mudejar-Gothic architecture.

The unique and vast history also influenced the cuisine, which showcases morsels from the Celts, Iberians, Greeks, Romans and Muslims.

Calpe is at the heart of the Costa Blanca, so you can easily explore the surrounding towns. The airports are not far away, with the nearest airport, Alicante, just over an hour’s drive from the villa and the second nearest airport, Valencia, is over 100 kilometres away.
