Perfectly located in a quiet sunny residential area, Villa June has fabulous living accommodation and great outdoor space with rustic and quirky interior design. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one double with access to the terrace, and one twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. The third bedroom is up on the first floor – a master double bedroom, it has an en-suite family bathroom and even its own balcony.

Back down on the ground floor, you’ll find a super sitting room – with modern sofas and feature exposed brick wall with elevated open fire. There’s a satellite TV as well as double sliding glass doors leading out to the terrace – a great place to relax away from the sun. The living and dining areas are open plan, so here too is the dining area with a rustic wooden table and stools.

The kitchen is a good size, large enough for another table and chairs – just the spot to enjoy breakfast, deciding which of the local beaches you’ll head to, or will it just be a day relaxing by your private pool?

Outside is where Villa June really shines – there are two covered outdoor dining areas, both with table and chairs and plenty of room for everyone in your party. The private swimming pool is overlooked by mature trees, shrubs and flowers in the lovely garden, and over looked by the wide terrace immediately outside the villa. There’s an outdoor shower here, BBQ and private parking too.

The villa is only just over a kilometre from the nearest shops and supermarket, with a beach and the sea only 2km away. It’s a great location – everything you could need within easy reach, as well as being between Calpe and Moraira, both lovely places if you want to explore.

Villa June is located in the quiet residential area of Carrio Alto - about six kilometres away from Calpe, a lovely family friendly resort which is popular in the summer. Calpe has long stretches of beach including the blue flagged Playa Arenal, a one kilometre long stretch of golden sand and clear waters backed by restaurants, playgrounds, cafes and hotels. The town is also famous for its spectacular 600m high granite rock on the coastline, Penon de I Fach. A walk around the old town with its narrow streets and pavement cafes is also a must for any visitor to the area.

Keen explorers with a car will love driving north to discover the Benissa coastline. You will find pretty coves, hidden by pine trees and some only reached from the road by foot, ideal for scuba diving or just enjoying the calm, clear waters of this part of the Costa Blanca.

Alternatively, Moraira, at the north-eastern end of this coastline, is a seaside resort popular with Spanish families. It has grown from a fishing village to a pleasant and charming holiday town that has managed to retain much of its Spanish character. It has an impressive marina, great restaurants and the market on Fridays is the perfect place to pick up some local produce to take back to your villa.

The surrounding region is mountainous with beautiful scenery and many traditional villages to explore. The more active holiday maker has a great choice of activity within the area with golf courses, horse riding and a wide range of water sports and other land based activities nearby. The region also has some wonderful walking trails along cliffs, woodland terrain and through rural villages.
