The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, lots of counter space, and a convenient breakfast bar to make self-catering easy. Glass doors connect the kitchen to the living and dining area, making the space feel open and light, whilst comfy sofas and furnishings provide space for unwinding at the end of the day and enjoying quiet moments.

Both of the bedrooms offer an oasis for restful nights, with a four poster bed and ensuite bathroom in the master adding to the sense of comfort. Outside, Villa Guera invites you to relax amidst Lanzarote's natural beauty. The heated pool is a focal point for long days spent sun-soaking, and even has a resistance for keen swimmers, while the hot tub is perfect for long evenings under the stars. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers and an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals, along with a pool table which presents the opportunity for a spot of competition. 

The location on the edge of the Playa Blanca resort is brilliant for exploring beautiful beaches and charming coastal towns, whilst maintaining some seclusion and privacy away from the crowds. Restaurants and shops are within easy reach, and there are tennis and padel courts available for use, providing the perfect morning or afternoon entertainment for active guests. 

Villa Guera sits on the edge of the Playa Blanca resort, in the south of Lanzarote. It's a popular holiday spot for its beautiful beaches and relaxed atmosphere; with its soft sands and clear waters, it's perfect for sunbathing and swimming. The area offers a range of beaches, from family-friendly to more secluded ones.

Playa Dorada and Playa Flamingo are two brilliant beaches nearby, standing out for their white sand and easy accessibility, whilst Playa Papagayo is the beach you mustn't miss; it's not just one beach but a network of white sandy coves with crystalline waters. Its beauty makes it popular with locals and visitors alike, and it's only a short drive away, though please be aware there is a small toll to enter with a car. 

Besides the beaches, Playa Blanca has a nice promenade with shops, restaurants, and bars serving local food and drinks. It's a good place to unwind and enjoy the ocean views. Marina Rubicon is a must visit for its twice weekly market, along with the wide variety of cafes, restaurants and shops to explore. It also has a new shopping centre - ideal in case anything got left behind!

The resort also features tennis and padel courts which you can use throughout your stay, with two rackets provided at the villa.
