Villa Niuge is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool and two bedrooms that can accommodate up to 4 people. This holiday villa is located within the complex "Vista Golf", in Salobre Golf Resort, a private complex in the south of Gran Canaria, only 10 minutes by car from the tourist areas of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

This private villa has two double bedrooms: on the ground floor, there is one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, as well as direct access to the garden and swimming pool; the main bedroom, on the first floor has a double bed and direct access to the upper solarium with sunbeds. There is another bathroom with a shower upstairs.

 

The interior of the Vista Golf 10 villa is bright, functional and spacious. It consists of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you may need for a your stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.

 

Outside, there is an outdoor dining area and a seating area right next to the private swimming pool, which can be heated (please see Ts&Cs), comfortable sunloungers for sunbathing, a barbecue and beautiful views over the golf course.

Villa Niuge is located just 15 minutes from Las Crucitas, a popular area known for its landmarks and beautiful beaches, including Playa de Maspalomas. With its long stretches of golden sand and clear blue water, it's a great spot to relax and enjoy the views. The beach is about 20 minutes from the villa, and the nearby town offers a variety of bars and restaurants, perfect for grabbing a bite before heading back to the beach.

For nature lovers, Parque de Santa Catalina is just under an hour away. The park features tall palm trees and lush plants, providing a peaceful setting to enjoy the outdoors. Nearby, you'll find several coffee shops where you can relax with a drink.

Another great attraction is Poema del Mar Aquarium, located about an hour from the villa. This popular spot showcases the area's marine life, including octopuses, sharks, and other sea creatures. The aquarium also has exhibits like the Deep Jungle and the Reef, offering visitors a closer look at the local wildlife and ecosystems.
