This beautiful farm house dates to the 16th century but is now fully-equipped for 21st century living, with stunning modern features nestled amongst the villa’s original charm.
Within the villa, there are five elegant bedroom suites, all with en-suite bathrooms and with ample room for ten lucky guests. Each room adopts its own personal style, adapting to the villa’s unique features with beds nestled into exposed stone walls, wooden beams and original fireplaces adding a warmth to each space.
The spacious living room has been sumptuously furnished, with a bohemian feel that welcomes you in. Pattered cushions, deep set windows and a stunning fireplace makes this large room feel cosy and warm, perfect for intimate evenings in as a group.
The kitchen similarly offers a warm ambiance, designed in a way that makes a cooking a delight - maybe you could even get kids involved in the food prep! There are various dining spaces both within the villa’s walls and outside under the terrace, so you can enjoy each meal within a magical space.
If the calming atmosphere of the villa wasn’t enough, then the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna should help you to relax! Once outside the enchanting nature of this villa is even more evident, with views over the towering green hills of San Juan, bordered by luscious trees and plants, this is a nature lovers dream - you may even go and spend time with the horses, goats, chickens and ducks that you will find on the house farm! There is an Indian tipi and a selection of hammocks, all encouraging you to rest and restore.
Villa Rustica has space for everyone to spread out and relax, with various corners of the property letting you spend time alone and as a group. This stunning area of Ibiza has something for everyone, the perfect holiday retreat!
The villa is located in the charming village of St Juan, with its delicious local restaurants and shops. Ibiza airport is forty minutes distance by car. The closest beaches are Cala Xarraca, at only five kilometres away, or Cala Benirrås, which is about eleven minutes by car.
All the north coast beaches are close by, as well as the beaches in the area of Santa Eulalia, which is only twenty minutes away by cars - such as Carla Llenya, S’argamassa and Cala Mastella.
Although it is known for its iconic hedonism and party lifestyle, Ibiza’s lesser-known side is its quiet, traditional village life, beautiful and rugged coastline with dozens of tiny coves to explore, as well as a vibrant and intriguing history.
The major European nightclubs have summer outposts around Ibiza Town and Sant Antoni; and just a stone’s throw from these, visitors can balance the excess by indulging in yoga retreats, quiet villages, and sandy coves backed by the pine-clad hills.
The island is stunning in Spring when the almond blossom is out. For a cultural fix, explore the hilltop Dalt Vila in Ibiza Town, before slipping into a pavement cafe to soak up the bohemian vibe.
Boat trips and water sports are popular, with many dive sites, while golf courses are ample.
The old quarter of D’Alt Vila has a sixteenth-century cathedral dedicated to Our Lady of the Snows, as well as panoramic views from its Renaissance-era fortifications.
