Easily accessible via a ramp to the main door, Villa Muro I lays over two floors. Entering through the front door brings you into an open plan living and dining area, complete with satellite TV and lounge. The fully-equipped kitchen gives you the freedom to cook up anything from a Mediterranean salad to a gourmet meal, and all with easy access to the adjoining terrace. The ground floor also includes a double bedroom, family bathroom and walk-in shower.
Upstairs brings guests to three more bedrooms, including the master with a queen-sized bed and en suite. Two twin bedrooms share access to an additional family bathroom and the balcony with its stunning views of the breathtaking lagoon.
Outside you’ll be met by an inviting swimming pool, table tennis table, a barbecue under the porch, and a range of deck chairs and garden furniture in which to lay about in the Spanish sun. The lush scenery provided by the S’Albufera de Mallorca nature preserve stretches away to distant peaks. Accessible from the patio there is also a laundry room and outdoor shower.

The nearest beach to Villa Muro I, fewer than ten minutes away on foot, is a long and sandy playground for all the family, brimming with bars, shops, supermarkets, restaurants, water sport rentals and boat trips. There’s also a convenient bus line with regular stops along the beachfront making it easy to access nearby attractions and other areas of the island.History buffs have only to take a short jaunt to the town of Alcúdia to admire the 14th century wall around its old town. The remains of a Roman town can also be found just outside the town walls, including a Roman theatre. The town is famous for its small restaurants, and depending on the time of year your visit may coincide with a festival period, such as the Festival of St. Jaume in July, the Jazz Festival in August, or even the Night of the Romans. Lagoon views from the villa will also entice you to explore the S’Albufera de Mallorca nature preserve. This sprawling wetland is rich biodiversity, especially its variety of bird species and walking trials.
For many the real fun begins with the sun sets, and this area’s vibrant nightlife is sure not to disappoint. The variety of bars and hotspots along the beachfront will have you spoiled for choice.
