Villa Espardella is a stylish first line villa, just a few minutes from the village of Es Cubells and twenty-five minutes from Ibiza Town. The front of the home is beautifully decorated with exotic trees and plants and a giant silver Buddha head representing peace and tranquillity.
This gorgeous home is widely considered to be one of Ibiza’s most desirable homes and with direct access to the glistening sea, it’s easy to see why. There are several large sunny terraces to admire the glorious views from and an infinity pool surrounded by single and double sun loungers. WiFi is available on all of the terraces. There’s no better way to work than amongst such idyllic scenery.
One of the terraces possesses an outdoor stone bar with bar stools – an ideal spot for entertaining friends & family under the glittering night sky. During the daytime, there is an excellent selection of relaxation spots dotted around the garden. Comfy turquoise daybeds, plush furniture out on the veranda and a trendy outdoor sheltered lounge looking over the epic blue horizon and dramatic mountaintops are some of your choices. An outdoor dining area with seating for eight can also be found in the garden.
Inside boasts a contemporary and sophisticated design, largely decorated in luxurious white. Snug sofas make the living area a room that you won’t want to leave and an artistic silver table with two benches at either side is the perfect place to enjoy dinner indoors.
One of the nearest restaurants to the home is the Mediterranean and Spanish restaurant Los Pinos. The venue is located nearby the church in Es Cubells and is a welcoming family-run restaurant serving tasty authentic cuisine – try the garlic prawns, avocado carpaccio or the sea bass!
You will adore the lovely outdoor seating set amongst picturesque pink flowers. There is even a large dining table placed under a pergola with tree leaves growing through it – simply divine!
By embarking on a 20-minute drive you will reach Sant Jordi Church, the oldest and best-preserved church on the island. This peaceful place of worship was built for workers from the salt flats of salt mines to attend. It was constructed before 1577 and replaced a smaller church in the same spot.
The church’s thick white walls resemble a fortress and were built in this style as a means of protection from the many pirate attacks on the island. The church has had renovations made to its design since its inception. In the 17th century, the church’s side chapels were added and during the 19th century, the interiors were remodelled. Today, it is a simple yet spectacular sight to be inspired by.
