About this property
This spectacular holiday villa offers fantastic views of the sea, while also providing a luxurious home away from home. This comfortable, modern property is two homes, rented as one, which means it’s perfect for those holidays where there are two families in attendance.
Each property has bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. They both comfortably sleep up to 10 people equalling five bedrooms, three in the main house and two in the annex. They have separate entrances as well as an inside access route.
The property has a private pool with divided sections, one deeper and one shallower meaning its both perfect for swimming and relaxing, as well as being an excellent option for the children. There is also an outdoor barbeque, perfect for dining together out in the Spanish air.
The property also has a garden and terraced area for you to use for the duration of your stay, whether this is to have gatherings, eat, sunbathe or any amount of other possibilities.
The main property is spread over two floors. The top level has the master suite – a light room, spacious and airy, which has exposed beams on the ceiling adding to its unique look and equally it’s a beauty. The master suite has an ensuite attached with a shower, as well as a large dressing room.
The neutral colour scheme is continued throughout these rooms and into the rest of the property to make the villa a comfortable and luxurious place for you to stay: which is accentuated with the light that is let in through the large windows, adding to its lavish style.
The lower floor has two other bedrooms, one including a double bed and the other including two single beds. The same style is continued from the bedrooms into the rest of the home, with its open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.
The kitchen is modern, fit with all the necessary appliances, and it leads into a comfortable dining room that will be a beautiful place for you and your guests to gather for dinner if you want to escape the Spanish heat.
The annex property is distributed over one floor and has the same style as the main house – two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. It also has an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen.
Although the second home is on a smaller scale, it is still spacious and comfortable. As both properties are rented together, it is the perfect place for two families to holiday together.
Menorca is a beautiful part of the Balearic Islands in Spain, rich with history and a seemingly endless supply of things to do, keeping you and your holiday party entertained.
Whether you want attractions, food, shopping or spas, there are countless things for you to do if you’re able to or willing to travel.
In Cala Morell, you have the caves to explore and the beach to enjoy as well as the food available on the beach. Although there isn’t a lot regarding tourist attractions, it’s beauty is spectacular and well worth the exploration time.
There is magnificent architecture particularly in Ciutadella nearby for you to explore with a bit of travelling. The history is everywhere, and it’s perfect for those of you who want to experience the Menorca of the past while having all the activities and charm of the present.
