About this property

This family-friendly villa has a spectacular sea view that will have you all wanting to walk down to the sea, which you can do via your direct route. This breath-taking view can be seen from both floors of the property, and even when you’re outside using the private pool! Its beauty is unchallenged!

The private pool is semi-covered by a terrace offering some shade from the sun, as well as plenty of seating around it in the form of picnic tables and sun loungers, so you can supervise any of the kids in your holiday party and still spend time lounging and relaxing in the sun.

The property has multiple bedrooms with a mixture of doubles and singles available for you to distribute amongst your guests. The colourful décor of the house gives the property life and a cosy feeling to it. Similarly, there are enough bathrooms for you to use, across both floors – through the master suite has an EnSite with a shower.

All the bedrooms have similar styles while also being unique, the same simple wall colours tie every room together, which means that the shades of the décor in each room offer them their unique style but ultimately, they all have the same comfortable and stress-free atmosphere to them.

The main living room and dining area is a high central meeting point to the house, great for you to gather and play games, have a drink or eat in if you wanted a quiet night away from the bars and restaurants around.

The living room also has access to the balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen is well equipped, so you and your guests can make meals to enjoy together at the villa. If this doesn’t fit your holiday plans, there is also the BBQ so you can enjoy some delicious barbequed food in the Spanish air.

All of this shows that this holiday home would be perfect for any group of guests that would like to host big meals with everyone – there is plenty of seating for everyone inside or out! Menorca is a beautiful part of the Balearic Islands in Spain, rich with history and a seemingly endless supply of things to do, keeping you and your holiday party entertained. Whether you want attractions, food, shopping or spas, there are countless things for you to do.

Mahon itself is the capital of Menorca and has plenty for you and your guests to experience. Stroll through Mahon and remember to look at the architecture around you as it has an unusual mix of styles, as well as experience the history by visiting the famous 19th-century fort, Fortalesa De La Mola – it has been very well preserved as is a loved attraction by many visitors to the island.

The town is rich in its history. If you walk through the Arch de San Roque, you’ll be transported back as it’s the last part of the medieval town wall that is still standing in Mahon. As well as the standing history, you could take a trip to the Museu de Menorca and see the relics of the past from the history of the island preserved and on display.

However, if you need a break from the sightseeing and history, you can take a break at the café’s and enjoy the food and drink on offer. The villa is located in Cales Fonts, an old fishing pier.

This charming small town is perfect for a stroll down the streets, on the dock are plenty of bars or restaurants for you to choose from, if you are a lover of seafood you will have plenty of choices and if not, there are still other local specialities to try — all of them sharing similar beautiful views of the port.
