Villa Vitiara is one of the very rare seafront properties in the Cala Egos just 4 km from Cala D’or The villa is spread over two stories and furnished with natural shades and bright art work. Although the villa has a private pool, there is also a little pathway that leads down to the sea and rocks through a gateway.

On the ground floor there is an open and connected space with the living room overlooking the terrace, dining area and a small reading area with pool views and access to the covered terrace where there is a table to eat outdoors and the pool. The modern kitchen is well equipped with a plenty of storage space and a pantry. A second living area has a sofa, a table and access to the garden. The property also boasts a laundry area and communal toilet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms. One with double bed -with views to the sea from directly from bed-, en suite shower room and access to its private terrace with beautiful views of the sea. The other two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds, share a separate bathroom and access to a terrace overlooking the garden.

The pool and terrace are a great space, with comfortable outdoor furniture ideal to relax and enjoying the wonderful open views of the sea.  From the garden, through a garden gate, there is access to the rocks and also to the sea directly from the rocks. There is no stair to go to the sea. We recommend wearing pool/beach plastic sandals.

Cala d'Or or ‘Golden Bay’ in English is the name given to a widely popular, family-friendly tourist resort in the east of the island. Its name could be related to the fact that you are guaranteed the greatest number of sunshine hours on this eastern coastline, being furthest away from the disruptive Serra de Tramuntana mountains, and is close to some of the best beaches.

Cala d'Or actually covers a stretch of development that includes a number of coves: Cala Egos, Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda, Cala Serena, Cala Gran, and Cala Llonga. Each of the various 'calas' or bays have their own distinctive character and former fishing harbours have been turned into 21st-century marinas. It’s also worth noting that there’s a mini train connecting them, making it easy for holidaymakers to travel from the main resort to these beaches.

Palma City - Palma is Mallorca's vibrant capital, stylish and intimate, yet bursting with life. Half of the island's population dwells in this city, lively all year round with luxury hotels, trendy restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife as well as a thriving art scene. It's often compared to Barcelona and, being within a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport, it makes for the perfect city break.
