About this property

Casa Sant Lluis has been recently renovated and offer 4 gorgeous bedrooms for 8 guests. It is constructed using the famous, honey coloured Balearic mares stone which adds a very warm and welcoming ambience. The stone is left exposed in all of the rooms with the odd splash of dazzling white render. This is a very spacious villa with plenty of space, inside and out.

The villa is located in the popular, family friendly resort of Binibeca. Binibeca is peaceful, idyllic and very pretty. It boasts an excellent fine white sandy beach with a shaded picnic area. There are rocks on both side where snorkelers enjoy hours of pleasure. Kayaks, electric fun boats and sun loungers are available for hire. The picturesque Binibeca Vell is an old traditional Menorcan fishing village in an area of outstanding natural beauty, boasting whitewashed villas adorned with colourful flowers.

Casa Sant Lluis is built on one level with a huge open plan living room where the different areas are divided with impressive stone arches. It is very attractive. At one end, you will discover the excellent kitchen with its plentiful appliances. It offers a sociable breakfast bar where guests can keep the chef in your group company.

Next to the kitchen area is an atmospheric dining space with its characterful vaulted ceiling and a wall of glass doors drowning the space in natural light and offering access to the terrace. The beautiful living area enjoys a sumptuous contemporary corner sofa and an enormous, gorgeous feature fireplace. Guests enjoy a smart television with Netflix and Amazon Prime. Casa Sant Lluis offers superb comfort with its wonderful blend of modern and traditional design.

The sensational master bedroom suite is entered though a huge dressing room. In keeping with traditional Menorcan style, the bathroom is a total wonder with its sunken shower and curved edges. You will wake up in the morning in your comfortable double bed to open the shutters and enjoy fabulous views through the large picture windows. From the entrance hall, you will discover another two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with two sinks and a curved half bath with a large shower overhead. Like the master, these bedrooms enjoy exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings. The final, annex bedroom is reached via the kitchen. It enjoys a small double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a large walk in shower.

The villa’s terrace provides shaded alfresco dining and a gorgeous corner sofa lounge area. From this spacious terrace you can take the steps down to the contemporary sun deck with its fixed daybeds overlooking the pool. Further steps lead to the 9m x 4m swimming pool where there are more modern sun loungers. A major plus of Casa Sant Lluis is a stunning roof terrace which boasts stunning panoramic sea views. It also offers an outdoor kitchen and alfresco dining. It is a wonderful spot where you will relax in true style!

Beautiful property and very well equipped. Exactly what we had hoped for. Only small comment is that a bit more local info re supermarkets, restaurants, beaches would be helpful other than the generic info via the QR code.
