Being close to the sea and the city, there is little left to be desired, whether you are lounging on the beaches of Santandria and Sa Caleta, ambling the lively streets of Ciutadella, or relaxing in the comfort of your private villa – there is something for everyone!
The villa itself boasts classic Menorcan styles blended with modern comforts, to make every element of your holiday feel easy and relaxed. Spread over one level, the layout flows from one room to another and out onto the terrace, with bright windows in each room flooding the spaces with sunlight and traditional features adding warmth and cosiness to space.
As you open the front door, a spacious entrance hall guides you to the heart of the house, where a large kitchen-diner sets the scene for family meals away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. A cosy TV lounge leads out onto a large covered terrace with sliding windows that becomes a beautiful summer dining space in the warmer months!
Throughout the villa, there are two double rooms, one with a dressing room, and two twin rooms, as well as two family bathrooms. Exposed beams and splashes of colour through the artwork makes each of these rooms feel warm and cosy, perfect for a good night’s sleep after busy days exploring Menorca.
Outside, the detached nature of the villa makes it feel private and secluded, with a beautifully maintained garden that fills the terrace with natural colours and smells. There are a lovely private swimming pool and a fabulous outdoor barbecue and dining area, creating sociable spaces where the whole group can come together and enjoy the sunshine!
